* Net sales for January - December increased by 2 percent and amounted to MSEK
1 643 (1 617). Adjusted for currency effects, net sales increased by 8
percent.
* Operating profit for the period was MSEK 102 (91) excluding non-recurring
costs of MSEK -39 (-27). Profit margin (EBIT), excluding non-recurring
costs, amounted to 6.2 (5.6) percent. Net profit amounted to MSEK 18 (18).
Currency effects affected the operating profit negatively by approximately
MSEK 31.
* Net sales for the fourth quarter of 2011 increased by 5 percent to MSEK 411
(391) compared to previous year. Adjusted for currency effects, net sales
increased by 8 percent. Operating profit amounted to MSEK 18 (16) excluding
non-recurring costs of -19 (-10). Profit margin excluding non-recurring
costs amounted to 4.4 (4.3) percent. Net profit was reported as MSEK -7 (-
5).
* The EBITA margin for 2011 amounted to 3.9 (4.1) percent. EBITA for the
fourth quarter amounted to -0.2 (1.8) percent.
* All production in Falun, Sweden will be transferred to HL Display's new
factory in Poland during 2012. As a result of that, a non-recurring cost of
MSEK 16 has affected the result.
