(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/27/12 -- The Honourable Leona Aglukkaq, Minister of Health, will provide opening remarks at the Summit on Healthy Weights.

The Summit brings together for the first time a diverse cross-section of government and non-government partners to plan collaborative action for reversing the rising trend of childhood overweight and obesity.

Media are invited to attend the Minister's opening remarks. As well, the all-day event is open to the media. The program is available upon request.
