(Thomson Reuters ONE) - MILESTONE GROUP PLC ("Milestone" or the "Company") Director ChangeThe Board of AIM quoted Milestone, the provider of digital media and technologysolutions, announces the resignation of John Sanderson as Chairman withimmediate effect.Deborah White, the Company's CEO, will assume the position as interim Chairman.Deborah White commented: "Traditional business models in the media industry havebeen significantly affected by the pace of the digital revolution, resulting ina prolonged period of strategic review for Milestone. Following the successfulcompletion of this strategic review, which has resulted in the rebranding andrepositioning of the Milestone Group within the media sector, John has decidedto concentrate his efforts on his other numerous business interests.
