Marchwell Ventures Ltd. Announces Completion of Shares for Debt Transaction
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/02/12 -- Marchwell Ventures Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: MVE.H) (the "Corporation") - Further to the Corporation's press release dated February 15, 2012 which announced the terms of settlement of the consulting services agreement (the "Consulting Services Agreement") between the Corporation and Ionic Management Corp. ("Ionic"), the Corporation reports that it has issued 373,333 units of the Corporation to Ionic, as described in the referenced press releases above and that the debt is fully extinguished. All securities issued pursuant to the settlement of the Consulting Services Agreement will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring on July 3, 2012.
