Helios High Yield Fund Monthly Dividend Declaration
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- (Marketwire) -- 03/02/12 -- Helios High Yield Fund (NYSE: HHY) (the "Fund") today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a monthly dividend of $0.075 per share, payable on March 29, 2012 to shareholders of record on March 14, 2012. The ex-dividend date is March 12, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $10.64 on March 1, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield is 8.46%.
Shares purchased on or after the ex-dividend date will not receive the dividend discussed above. Please contact your financial advisor with any questions. Dividends may include net investment income, capital gains and/or return of capital. The dividend yield referenced above is calculated as the annualized amount of the most recent monthly dividend declared divided by the stated stock price. The tax status of distributions will be determined at the end of the taxable year.
