Hogan II, Ph.D, Electrical Engineering, as Board Director and Chairman of the Audit and Governance Committee.

During his 35-year career, Dr. Hogan has held prominent roles in both corporate and academia. His experience includes executing corporate turnarounds; product development; technology transfers; quality control and operational management for such firms as Honeywell, Inc., Medtronic, Inc., and Communications Holdings, Inc. Dr. Hogan also has served as a member, director and/or chairman of several Governance, Finance and Audit Committees including a $2 billion insurance company, the American Express Trust Fund, The Bayer Company, and many others.

His positions in academia span numerous Boards of Colleges and Universities. While at the University of Kansas, Dr. Hogan was the Associate Executive Vice Chancellor, an American Council on Education Fellow and Full Professor of Electrical Engineering. In addition, he is the former Chairman of the University of Minnesota.

Previously, his positions included: Chairman of NSGroup, LLC, an outsourced media buying company for mid-sized and Fortune 50 companies; VP of Corporate Operations and Quality for Medtronic, Inc., currently a $12 billion manufacturer of medical devices; and VP for Honeywell, Inc. During his tenure at Honeywell, Dr. Hogan assisted in establishing Honeywell-NEC Supercomputers in the U.S., developing information systems for Honey Bull (France), coordinated strategy for various Honeywell companies and directed Inertial Guidance business as some of the businesses he operated. His received his Ph.D. and BS from Oklahoma State University, and his MS from Southern Methodist University.
