Bruce S. Ferguson to Retire as President and CEO of EnviroLogix Inc.
(firmenpresse) - PORTLAND, ME -- (Marketwire) -- 03/07/12 -- EnviroLogix President and CEO Bruce S. Ferguson today announced his decision to retire in pursuit of "the next chapter of my life." In August 2010, EnviroLogix was purchased by Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. At that time, Bruce agreed to continue as President and CEO, to guarantee the business he had built would continue to grow and develop. To ensure a smooth transition at this time, Bruce has agreed to remain until mid-August, allowing EBI to install new leadership without disruption to the business. The search for his successor will begin immediately, looking at both internal and external candidates.
