(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Tieto Corporation Stock Exchange Release 10 February 2010, 9.00 am EETThe Annual General Meeting of Tieto Corporation decided on 26 March 2009 tooffer free of charge a maximum of 1 800 000 stock options for subscription byTieto's key personnel. The issued stock options entitle to subscribe for amaximum of 1 800 000 shares in Tieto Corporation. The terms and conditions ofthe stock options have been published via stock exchange release on 26 March2009.On 21 December 2009, the Board of Directors decided to allocate a total of90 000 Stock Options 2009 A to Tieto's Leadership Team. The stock options form apart of the incentive and commitment programme for key personnel.
