Sampo's Annual Report has been published online
The Sampo Group's Annual Report 2011 has been published at
www.sampo.com/annualreport. The Annual Report is available online only.
In addition to the Financial Statements and the Board of Directors' Report, a
video describing Sampo Group's operating environment and developments during
2011 as well as an outlook for 2012 is an important part of the Annual Report.
Chairman of the Board Björn Wahlroos and Group CEO Kari Stadigh as well Head of
P&C insurance Torbjörn Magnusson and Head of life insurance Petri Niemisvirta
are featured on the video. Furthermore, Sampo plc's Board of Directors and Group
Executive Committee are introduced this year on interactive videos.
The Annual Report includes several useful tools for investors, analysts and
journalists. In the Download Center the user can save individual pages or
chapters as pdf files and either print them or share them by email or other
channels, such as social media. The user can also make notes to the Annual
Report. An extensive User Guide is available at the Toolbar of the Annual
Report.
Other functionalities are a possibility to compare the information on Sampo
Group's Annual Report 2011 with Annual Reports 2009 and 2010. In addition, an
extensive property and casualty insurance as well as a life insurance Glossary
is attached to the Annual Report.
Sampo has today also published a Corporate Governance Statement and Sampo
Group's Salary and Remuneration report at the address www.sampo.com/cg.
