Tangibal Group plc ("Tangibal") announces that its Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") has been called for Wednesday 4 April 2012 at 11.00am.
The AGM will be held at the company’s offices at 32 Portland Place, London W1B 1NA.
The AGM notice is being mailed to shareholders and a copy of the notice will be available to view on the Company's website at www.tangibal.com from 9.00am this morning.
