Peak Positioning Applies for Warrant Term Extension
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 03/09/12 -- PEAK POSITIONING TECHNOLOGIES INC. (TSX VENTURE: PKK) ("Peak") is pleased to announce that it has submitted an application to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") to extend the term of the outstanding share purchase warrants which were issued in connection with the Corporation's private placement that closed on March 24, 2011 (the "Warrants") from one (1) year to two (2) years from the date of issuance in accordance with Exchange policies. The Warrants that are the subject of the extension application consist of an aggregate of 2,501,667 Warrants, each with an exercise price of $0.15 per Warrant. The foregoing Warrants are set to expire on March 24, 2012 and the application being submitted to the Exchange is to extend the expiry date until March 24, 2013. There are no insiders that hold these Warrants.
