(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/09/12 -- Russell Breweries Inc. (TSX VENTURE: RB) (the "Company") announces that it has granted incentive stock options to its employees, consultants, directors and officers on 3,000,000 common shares in its capital, exercisable for up to five years at a price of $0.10 per share. The options shall vest in accordance with the Company's stock option plan. The Company did not proceed with the 2,500,000 stock options announced on March 21, 2010.
