London, UK 03/06/12 –LL Renaissance Ltd ("LL Renaissance Ltd" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the Company's upcoming launch of its CNG midstream operations based in Oklahoma City to initially service the tri-state area of Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas.
A total of $3,000,000 USD or €2,250,000 has been committed to fund the initial startup phase of the operations. The first tranche of $500,000 USD or €376,000 to will be received by the company no later than March 15, 2012 with the balance of $2,500,000 or €1,874,000 to be received by March 31, 2012.Initially, in the first phase of operations the company plans to operate three mobile CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) compressor and storage tanker units each with tractor and trailer.LL Renaissance Ltd will be placing orders for these mobile units with Dynetek Industries Ltd and expects delivery with 60 days.
With today’s Henry Hub Spot price of $2.42 USD per mcf of natural gas the margins for a CNG midstream processor and wholesale distributor are conservatively in excess of 200%. CNG midstream producers and distributors have an abundant low cost US domestic supply of natural gas with no exploration costs and risk along with a stable retail price well below the GGE (Gasoline Gallon Equivalent) of regular gasoline in a market with the potential for exponential increases in retail demand. LL Renaissance Ltd intends to rapidly assert a market presence as the preferred midstream niche supplier of CNG to the retail and private contract markets.
