increase against cash

On 28 February 2012 the Management Board of TAG Immobilien AG resolved with
the approval of the Supervisory Board to draw on existing authorised
capital with a capital increase against cash via the issuance of up to
approximately 20.6 million new shares. The final subscription price will be
determined by a bookbuilding process and will be published by the company
in the electronic Federal Gazette on 13 March 2012.
The Management Board has resolved that the bookbuilding will start today on
Monday, 12 March 2012.
