Bluetail's to Share Energy Production Data of its First Melody Wheel with
GC Energy
WARSAW, PL--(Equity Story - 01/13/12) Bluetail, Inc (TBL.F) is pleased to
announce that the first Melody Wheel is nearing completion and should be
ready for testing within the next few weeks. The Melody Wheel construction
is on a proven watercourse that flows through property which is owned and
operated by a major Polish energy company. Once satisfactory energy
production data can be captured and shared, GC Energy has agreed to promote
Bluetail's hydro-electric power plant system throughout the European
countries in which they currently serve. This type of endorsement from an
international energy servicing company should increase awareness for
hydro-electric power and help to promote Bluetail's business operations.

has finally come to those who have been actively involved in the project
and to the investors who believed in our technology and drive. Not only
will this installation produce energy, the captured data will escalate

'As CEO of Bluetail, I would also like to clarify information about a
previously released statement regarding the patented technologies held by
Bluetail's informal subsidiary, Non-Invasive Technologies ('NIT'). As of
March 6, 2012 the US Patent and Trademark Office is showing the
technology as still undergoing review and is in Patent Pending Status
not{Patented}as previously released',
Furthermore, 'Even though an internal agreement has been signed between
Bluetail and NIT, attorneys for both organizations have until March 31st,
2012 to agree on formal terms of merger or acquisition. If no such
agreement can be reached, Bluetail and NIT will separate from the signed
agreement and remain independent organizations',stated Mr. Lagodzinski.
