Migao Announces Changes To Board of Directors
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 03/12/12 -- Migao Corporation (TSX: MGO), today announced the appointment of Ms. Karina Kuzmak-Bourdet to the Board of Directors. The appointment is effective immediately.
Since 2000, Ms. Kuzmak-Bourdet has worked for France's Roullier Group, a private company focused on fertilizer, professional hygiene, and animal nutrition. In 2004, she joined Rouillier Group's Compagnie Financiere et de Participations Roullier, and is currently President of VITAS, a Roullier Group company, which is similarly focused on the development and commercialization of fertilizer, professional hygiene, and animal nutrition. Ms. Kuzmak-Bourdet is on the Board of Directors of SQM VITAS, a joint venture company formed between Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile S.A. (SQM) and VITAS. She also sits on the Boards of several Spanish companies. Ms. Kuzmak-Bourdet is based in France and is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. Compagnie Financiere et de Participations Roullier owns 10.3% of Migao's common shares.
The Company also announces the resignation of Mr. Michael Manley from the Board of Directors, effective today.
