BWG Homes ASA: Registered share capital increase

Reference is made to stock exchange notices dated 15 February 2012 and 7 March
2012 regarding a private placement in BWG Homes ASA comprising the issuance of
34,782,608 shares. The private placement has now been registered in the Register
of Business Enterprises.
The company's new registered share capital is NOK 133,058,608, divided into
133,058,608 shares.
The new shares will be registered in Verdipapirsentralen (VPS) on a separate
ISIN-number pending approval by Finanstilsynet of a prospectus pertaining to the
admission of trading of such shares. The shares will not be listed on Oslo Børs
until the prospectus has been approved.
