(Thomson Reuters ONE) - CITYCON OYJ Stock Exchange Announcement 12 February 2010 at 12:15 hrsSubscription timetable of Citycon shares with the 2004 B option rights in 2010Share subscription period for exercising B options under Citycon's stock optionplan 2004 will expire on 31 March 2010. 2004 B options can be exercised forshare subscription in accordance with the following timetable in 2010: Subscription deadline Increase in the number of Shares entered on the shares registered on or book-entry accounts on or about about 2 March 2010 15 March 2010 16 March 2010 31 March 2010 26 April 2010 27 April 2010Shareholder entitlements related to subscribed shares become effective once suchshares have been entered in the Trade Register. Shares subscribed by 2 March2010 entitle their holders to a dividend and return of equity from investedunrestricted equity fund for the year 2009 provided that the shares will havebeen entered in the Trade Register on 15 March 2010 and that the AGM of 11 March2010 will have approved the Board of Directors' proposal for the dividendpayment and equity return.The current share subscription price of 2004 B options is EUR 2.5908. The sharesubscription price shall be decreased by half of the decided per-share dividendsand equity returns on the record date for dividend payment and equity return.
