Michael Fratianni Has Assumed Role of Chief Operating Officer; Kenneth Johnson and William Morthland as Executive Vice President & Division Manager
(firmenpresse) - SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- (Marketwire) -- 03/14/12 -- Hunt Construction Group, Inc. is proud to announce that Michael Fratianni has assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer. Fratianni is a 26-year veteran of Hunt having worked his way through the ranks of the organization.
Fratianni started his career in the construction industry in 1986 as a field engineer with Hunt. Through his display of leadership, and commitment to client satisfaction, his career advanced steadily while taking on assignments as a project engineer, superintendent, project manager, construction manager, and contract manager. Most recently, Fratianni has served as Executive Vice President & Division Manager of Hunt's East Division.
In his new position, Fratianni will oversee Hunt Construction Group's day-to-day operations and will work with each of its Divisions to yield organizational goals. Additionally, Fratianni will assist Robert G. Hunt, Chairman and CEO, in implementing Hunt's vision and following through with company-wide initiatives.
Kenneth Johnson and William Morthland have assumed the role of Executive Vice President & Division Manager. With over 60 years of combined experience, each brings a vast knowledge of the construction industry to Hunt's leadership team. Johnson and Morthland will focus on select market sectors to continue to grow the organization and best serve our clients.
Johnson and Morthland will share leadership responsibilities and provide day-to-day operational direction for the East Division by implementing strategies, as well as plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives while maximizing operating results and profitability. In addition to client satisfaction, repeat business, business development systems and marketing advancement are also key aspects of their new position.
