TICC Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
(firmenpresse) - GREENWICH, CT -- (Marketwire) -- 03/16/12 -- TICC Capital Corp. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: TICC) announced today that it has priced a public offering of 4,250,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $9.96 per share for total gross proceeds of $42.33 million. The closing of the offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to take place on March 21, 2012. The Company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 637,500 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
Wells Fargo Securities and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. BB&T Capital Markets, Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. and JMP Securities are acting as co-managers.
The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include investing in debt or equity securities, and other general corporate purposes, including working capital requirements.
