Anna Spathis and Dennis Stavropoulos of Zephyr Real Estate represented the buyer. The grand estate had a list price of $28.5 million.
The property last sold in 1998 with a list price of $5.5 million. The owner oversaw a complete renovation in 2002, using only the finest designs and materials.
