Ordina selected by Europol for framework contract

Within the Europol tender procedure D/C1/1060 separated into 4 lots with a total
value of EUR 12.5 million, Ordina Group is represented as follows:
- for Lot 1 (System and Application Development and Integration, Business
Requirements analysis, Architecture, Process Modelling, Project Managing) Ordina
NL BV and consortium Unisystems (participants Unisystems Information Technology
SA, Ordina Belgium SA and Isedefe) are among the 8 companies to which the
contract was awarded;
- for Lot 2 (Operations and Infrastructure services) Ordina NL BV and consortium
Unisystems (participants Unisystems Information Technology SA, Ordina Belgium SA
and Isedefe) are among the 3 companies to which the contract was awarded;
- for Lot 3 ( Security Services) Ordina NL BV and consortium Unisystems
(participants Unisystems Information Technology SA, Ordina Belgium SA and
Isedefe) are among the 6 companies to which the contract was awarded.
The contract awarded is a multi-party framework contract with reopening of
competition by means of mini-tender procedures for specific projects at Europol.
All companies to whom the contract was awarded may participate in the mini-
tender procedure.
