Sun Sets on Global Immune Solar Projects but Greases the Way for Oil & Gold Deals

(PINKSHEETS: GIMU) announces the cessation of the solar projects previously announced and the advancement of two projects in the natural resources field. The previously announced JV with the German company and the shares issued for the JV have been cancelled.
Company director and solicitor Alejandro Bellapart said, "With both the German and the Spanish governments cutting the solar power subsidies and the market place for such items changing dramatically, this has materially adversely affected our start-up costs, manufacturing and marketing plans."
The Company has been in serious talks with an oil & gas play as well as a gold property. They will be announcing material events in the coming days and filing an 8K to update all situations. The Company is finalizing last year's audit and will be filing all 10K and 10Qs to bring the stock trading back on the OTC QB as soon as possible.
