(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/20/12 -- Victory Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE: VVN)(FRANKFURT: VV0) (the "Company") provides the following corporate update.

In December, 2011, the Company signed a letter of intent to option two claims totaling 448 hectares covering a copper, gold silver prospect in an area east of Iskut, B.C. The claims are partially surrounded by claims owned by Imperial Metals Corporation, which is developing the Red Chris copper deposit. The property is easily accessed by two wheel vehicle at a distance of approximately 17 kms from the Stewart-Cassiar Highway.

The Company is now in the process of permitting the first stage of its spring exploration program and is receiving bids for the work program to perform an induced polarization survey of approximately 10 kms.
