Neste Oil issues EUR 250 million bond issue
Neste Oil Corporation has issued an EUR 250 million bond issue. The 5-year bond
carries a coupon of 4.00%.
The bond offering was clearly oversubscribed and the bonds were allocated to
more than 100 investors. The bonds will be listed on the Helsinki Stock
Exchange.
The proceeds of the offering will be used for refinancing and general corporate
purposes. Pohjola Markets and Danske Markets acted as joint bookrunners for the
transaction.
