Basware has signed a virtual operator agreement
Basware has signed a virtual operator agreement with Mirror Accounting, a fully
owned subsidiary of the Lindorff Group. Mirror Accounting delivers accounting
and advisory services in Norway and Sweden. Basware will deliver Basware Invoice
Processing, InvoiceReady, Business Transaction services as well as Scan and
Capture as a Service (SaaS) to Mirror Accounting. Mirror Accounting starts
selling Basware's solutions to its own customers as virtual operator. The value
of the deal exceeds EUR 400.000 over the next three years.
Mirror Accounting has already been using Basware's Invoice Processing as a
Service and is now extending the agreement to cover additional solutions as
well.

support the growth of our volume sales function. This agreement with Mirror
Accounting is the market opening agreement in Scandinavia and we are happy to
