Under terms of the services agreement, BlueCava will deploy its web-based business on Latisys' managed IT infrastructure services platform and delivered from one of Latisys' high density, SOC 2 and SOC 3 audited data centers. Additionally, BlueCava has signed on to test the Latisys Cloud, which enables enterprises to rapidly provision pay-as-you-go IT infrastructure services through a self-service portal.
