Laurel Hill has worked with Broadridge to make the service available to Canadian issuers who wish to increase their retail voting. QuickVote allows Issuers to directly contact their retail shareholders, both NOBOs (non-objecting beneficial owners) and registered holders, to solicit a vote directly over the telephone.
