Enterprise Chamber hearing scheduled on 3 March

Venlo, The Netherlands, 23 February 2010 - The Enterprise Chamber of the
Amsterdam Court of Appeal
has declined the request of Hermes and USS to hear its request for an
investigation and provisional
measures this week. Instead the Enterprise Chamber has scheduled the hearing on
3 March.
The acceptance period will not be affected and will end on 1 March (unless
extended by Canon).
