PROFIdtm now included in Weidmüller´s WI-Manager
PROFIdtm-Integration in WI-Manager(firmenpresse) - The new Version V2.11 of Softing’s PROFIBUS Communication Device Type Manager PROFIdtm is now included in the device management software WI-Manager from Weidmüller. When PROFIBUS Master-Interfaces from Softing are used, Weidmüller´s FDT frame application offers direct access to PROFIBUS devices providing a DTM. The installation of additional Software or other steps are not necessary. Time and effort for configuration, operation and inspection of PROFIBUS field devices are thus significantly reduced.
The WI-Manager with the Softing PROFIdtm can be downloaded free of charge from the Weidmüller website via the link http://www.weidmueller.de/73411/Produkte/Elektronik/WI-Manager/cw_index.aspx.
