Sveinung Byberg, Managing Director Acta Kapitalforvaltning, has on the 24th of
February 2010 bought 20,000 shares in Acta Holding ASA at a price of 2.34 kroner
per share. After this transaction Byberg owns and controls 38,000 shares in Acta
Holding ASA.
