AkzoNobel publishes 2009 Report on interactive website
(Thomson Reuters ONE) -
AkzoNobel has today published the online version of its 2009 Report - the second
year in a row that the company has combined its annual and sustainability
reports. The printed version will be available during the week beginning March
8.
The dedicated website - which includes an E-reader download facility - contains
full details of the company's financial and sustainability performance. It also
features a short welcome video by CEO Hans Wijers, who gives a brief overview of
the 2009 performance and underlines the importance of sustainability to the
company's operations.
Visitors to the interactive site
an improved content structure, while new print and PDF managers have been
introduced and data can now be compared with 2008. Other functionality includes
intuitive navigation, customizable graphs and downloadable financial information
in Excel format.
The company has also adjusted its financial calendar for 2010. The changes to
the schedule are as follows:
Q1 results: published on Friday, April 23 (not Monday, April 26, as previously
announced).
Q2 results: published on Friday, July 23 (not Monday, July 26, as previously
announced).
Ex-dividend date of final dividend: changed to April 30, 2010, instead of May
3. As a result, the record date has also changed to May 4, 2010, instead of May
6.
The full financial calendar for the remainder of 2010 therefore reads as
follows:
