DRYWAVE Technologies, Inc. Announces Private Placement with Centaurian Fund
Toronto, Canada - March 28th, 2012 - DRYWAVE Technologies, Inc. ('DRYWAVE')
is pleased to announce that Centaurian Fund, LP ('Centaurian'), a US based
investment fund, has completed a private placement purchase of
approximately 1.2 million shares of DRYWAVE common shares. The proceeds
from the sale will be used as general working capital, marketing and
research.
According to officials at the fund, 'Centaurian is actively pursuing
attractive investment possibilities throughout the world. We believe that
DRYWAVE fits our criteria for investment and we are excited by its future
prospects. '
DRYWAVE's SolaJet Massage System combines a soothing full-body wave of warm
water with powerful deep tissue massage. The Company has sold several
hundred SolaJet Massage Systems in test markets and will aggressively
expand its international sales efforts in the coming months. In 2011,
SolaJet was selected as new product of the year at Costo's annual
introduction exposition.
