Skyline Retains Capital Ideas for Investor Relations Program
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/29/12 -- Skyline Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE: SK) ("Skyline" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that they have engaged, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, Capital Ideas Investor Relations of Toronto, Ontario, owned by Nadine Desruisseaux, to assist with its investor relations program, including facilitating investor awareness, providing market intelligence and research and raising the Company's profile in the investment community.
Under the engagement, Skyline will compensate Capital Ideas $3,500 per month for professional services. The engagement is for a one-year initial term, but may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days written notice. In addition, the Company has granted Capital Ideas 500,000 incentive stock options exercisable at a price of $0.155 per common share. The options expire on February 15, 2017 and will vest 25% on the date of the grant and 25% on each successive anniversary.
