Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 16 February 2012 regarding
a private placement of 750,000 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 12,08
per share. The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital is NOK 8,287,051 divided
into 8,287,051 shares with par value NOK 1,00 per share.
