Peter J. Burns, III, the creator of Club E and a well-known serial entrepreneur in the Phoenix area, is organizing the on behalf of EFactor.

"EFactor believes Phoenix is a market that is a hotbed for entrepreneurial activity," said Burns. "To that end, they asked me to put together a compelling slate of speakers. Dr. de Roos () is a New York Times best-selling author, who has written 14 books on business, investing and real estate. But his real strength may be his experience as an international businessman, with a vast network of international connections in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.

Sue Malone () is one of the country's largest small business lenders, with more than 40,000 businesses funded to date through the Small Business Administration as well as other public entities. She will talk specifically about a special new program designed to help companies grow their business overseas.

"Phoenix's entrepreneurial community is ready to identify new revenue streams in foreign markets and execute on an effective plan," said Burns. "Dr. de Roos can detail the plan, while Sue Malone can show them how to fund it."
