Crowe's responsibilities will include leading his team to develop innovative and groundbreaking marketing and brand strategies to meet the needs of the company's professional and collegiate partners, focusing exclusively on the teams, sponsors, and marketing agencies of the National Football League, NASCAR, IMG College, IndyCar Series, the National Basketball Association, the National Hockey League, and Major League Lacrosse.

Prior to joining , Crowe had spent the last 17 years with MBNA/Bank of America, holding various management positions and working with the company's top partners in the sports industry. His most recent position with the bank was as Senior Vice President responsible for management of the Affinity Banking portfolios in partnership with Major League Baseball, MLB.com, and 17 individual clubs. In conjunction with his management responsibilities, Crowe oversaw the process of developing and executing strategies for new acquisition, loyalty marketing, and portfolio profitability.
