Boost Your Buy-To-Let Portfolio With a Show Home

Whether looking to build up your investment portfolio with , East Sussex or Medway, opting for the Lease Back scheme will enable the property to be leased back to the developer to be used as a marketing suite.

The biggest advantage of the Lease Back scheme is that it will provide a guaranteed tenant for the entire duration of the lease. Not only that a 7% annual rental yield (paid monthly) will be guaranteed for the entirety of the term, as well as fixtures, fittings and furnishings. On top of that they'll also be no management or agency fees for the length of the lease.

A Barratt Homes spokesman said: "Buyers have the opportunity to buy the show homes, including all the fixtures and fittings, at excellent developments then immediately lease it back to us to use as a marketing suite."

As the UK enjoys a boom in the rental market, now's the time for buy-to-let investors to move. Where once purchasers were building up their portfolio with flats, since 2007 interest has turned more towards the purchase of high quality new homes; adding a show home onto your portfolio could well be the next step.
