Buildings and Landmarks Illuminate Blue on April 2 as Part of a Global Initiative to Help Raise Awareness and Shine a Bright Light on a Growing Public Health Crisis Mayor Rahm Emanuel Signed Proclamation in Honor of Autism Awareness Month and World Autism Awareness Day
