ROK Stars PLC, the consumer products incubator and development company
founded by US Billionaire John Paul DeJoria and UK serial entrepreneur
Jonathan Kendrick, has today announced its subsidiary OVAL Global Sales
Limited has signed an Agreement with Panama-based Dynamic Group Development
Corporation for the distribution of OVAL Vodka in Central and South
America.
Under the terms of the Agreement, Dynamic Group Development Corporation
will purchase a minimum $27.5 million of OVAL Vodka over a period of 5
years.
Beginning with OVAL Vodka and ROK Natural Energy, ROK Stars was jointly
created by DeJoria and Kendrick with a mandate to develop highly innovative
'game-changing' consumer products, investing in them and applying effective
marketing practices to their launch.
'Given the phenomenal multi-billion dollar success of Patron Tequila, which
is now by far the most successful and biggest premium tequila brand in the
world, as well as the hugely popular Paul Mitchell hair care product range,
we are developing new consumer products against which the established
players in each category, whether it be spirits or energy drinks, would
find it very difficult to compete' said Jonathan Kendrick. 'Our mandate is
that every new product we develop within ROK Stars has to have real
game-changing potential, protectable intellectual property and genuine
unique sales propositions, making the resultant products hugely appealing
to consumers.'
