AUTEV AG: BaFin approves securities prospectus
- Publication of the securities prospectus creates transparency
- Change of segment to the Entry Standard targeted
- Growth strategy being implemented systematically
Brandenburg an der Havel, 2 April 2012 - AUTEV AG has announced the
approval of the securities prospectus submitted for review by the German
Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
In publishing the securities prospectus, AUTEV AG is creating greater
transparency and offering its shareholders and all other prospective
investors an objective basis of information for an investment in AUTEV AG.
This step also paves the way for the intended change of segment to the
Entry Standard on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, thereby creating greater
access to growth capital.
'With the publication of our securities prospectus and the targeted change
to the Entry Standard, we will gain access to a new group of investors and
thus to additional financing options. This represents another major step in
the systematic implementation of our chosen growth strategy,' comments Tim
David, member of the Management Board of AUTEV AG.
