FAR - Charter Agreements

Farstad Shipping has been awarded the following charter contracts:
PSV Lady Grace (2002, UT 755, 3.936 DWT) a further 12 month charter extension
has been declared by Woodside from 30 April 2010.
AHTS Far Stream (2006, UT 712L, 15.900 BHP) has been extended by Woodside for a
period of 1 year (plus 2 x 1 year options) with start up 20 April 2010.
AHTS Far Strait (2006, UT 712L, 15.900 BHP) has been extended by Woodside for a
period of 4 months firm from 20 April with 4 x 2 months options.
PSV Far Spirit (2007, VS 470 MKII, 3.550 DWT) has been awarded a 12 months firm
contract by Woodside commencing in May with 2 x 1 year options.
The vessels above will be engaged in Woodside's ongoing drilling program in
Australian waters.
In the North Sea PSV Far Strider (1999, VS 483, 4 605 DWT) has been awarded a
18 months firm contract by Apache North Sea Limited commencing in May with 2 x
6 months options.
Total value of the contracts incl. options is approximately NOK 600 mill.
