High River Gold Corrects Selected Financial Results in March 30th Press Release

(TSX: HRG) ("High River") wishes to clarify and correct the figures reported in the Selected Financial Results in the press release issued on March 30, 2012. Although the figures in the Consolidated Financial Statements and related Notes and related Management's Discussion and Analysis for the year ended December 31, 2011 were correct, there were differences in the figures reported in the press release announcing such results on March 30, 2012. Therefore, the table below should replace the table in the press release issued on March 30, 2012.
