Kingsman Resources is an exploration and development company with a focus on The
company's current focus is on the International Basin Project, located near
Golden, British Columbia. During September, the company drilled 6 NQ-sized
diamond drill holes, totalling 1,088 metres, reporting significant gold and
silver values in 4 of the 6 holes. Results from previous programs in 2007 and
2008 have demonstrated that the International Basin is host to multiple series
of mineralized and non-mineralized vertical quartz veins that crosscut a
metasedimentary rock package.
The 2008 work also identified significant precious metal anomalies in soil
samples. These anomalies occur over an area of approximately 2 kilometres by
500 metres. A sampling and prospecting program is planned in 2012 to complete
infill sampling over the previously defined anomalous soil areas to determine if
the anomalies are associated with a deeper phase of mineralized veining within
the metasedimimentary package.
The company's Pathfinder Project, which is host to widespread gold-bearing
quartz veins, is located north of Grand Forks, British Columbia. Kingsman
carried out an 18 hole drill program on the Pathfinder in 2008, 13 of which
contained gold intercepts including 17.0 metres of 1.10 grams per tonne gold,
10.2 grams per tonne silver, and 0.37% copper. The company has a mapping and
prospecting program planned for the Pathfinder for 2012, to help further define
structural controls on the qyuartz veining and mineralization, with the aim of
directing future drilling on the property.
The company also has an excellent prospect in its Luxor Molybdenum property
located 28 kilometres northeast of Barriere, British Columbia.
In September, the company raised gross proceeds of approximately $850,000,
consisting of 7,050,000 non flow-through units priced at $0.06, and 5,450,000
flow-through units priced at $0.08. Both unit offerings had warrants attached
with a $0.10 exercise price for a 24 month period.
The shares currently trade at $0.02, and with approximately 42 million shares
outstanding, the company is capitalized at less than $1 million.
