The acclaimed vocalist and renowned songwriter will release her debut EP for WBR, a 5-song CD + DVD package, titled on April 24th. She will also make her network television debut on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live! the following night on April 25th. The set is available for pre-order now. The EP, which was produced by Rob Cavallo and co-produced by Mike Elizondo and Julian Raymond, contains audio and video of the New York-born, Los Angeles-based artist performing five songs live at Hollywood's EastWest recording studio, which was transformed into an intimate venue for the occasion. ," will also be included on her full-length album due later this year. began attracting attention for when a snippet of the song was used in a Citibank commercial in which a female rock-climber reaches the summit while memorably sings "Somebody left the gate open," which became the focus for a subsequent CNN.Com piece.
