NEW OKMETIC SHARES REGISTERED WITH THE TRADE REGISTER
On 25 January 2010, Okmetic Oyj´s board of directors decided on a directed share
issue of 400,000 shares to Okmetic Management Oy, the company, founded by
President Kai Seikku and Deputy to the President Mikko Montonen. These 400,000
new shares were registered with the Trade Register today. The share offering was
fully subscribed on 25 January 2010.
New shares shall be registered on the book-entry account of the subscriber today
and they entitle to all shareholders´ rights in the company as of today. Trading
in the new shares alongside the existing shares will commence on NASDAQ OMX
Helsinki Ltd. as of tomorrow.
The amount that corresponds to the subscription price of the new shares,
1,200,000.00 euro, has been credited to the reserve for invested unrestricted
equity of the company. As a result of the share issue the number of Okmetic´s
shares and votes increase to 17,287,500 shares and the share capital remains
unchanged, 11,281,250.00 euro.
