Richard has over 30 years' experience specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and succession planning. Prior to joining Acumen, Richard was General Counsel and Senior VP for Canwest Global Communications Corp. where he became a nationally recognized counsel, providing legal and business input on both domestic and international acquisitions, new initiatives, joint ventures and complex litigation. Mr. Leipsic's reputation is to take a collaborative "hands-on" approach to manage legal and related business initiatives.
