(the "Company" or "Ethos") (TSX VENTURE: ECC)(OTCQX: ETHOF)(FRANKFURT: 1ET) is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to "Ethos Gold Corp." effective April 3, 2012 pursuant to the Articles of the Company and as approved by the Company's board of directors on February 24, 2012. It is expected the Company's common shares will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new name effective at the opening of trading on April 4, 2012 under the same symbol "ECC".
