Keith Butcher and Joseph Strycharz, two of the three Managing Partners, are alumni of Morgan Stanley. In 2008, they moved to St. Louis to serve as senior executives at Potosi-based Purcell Tire & Rubber and spent the next three years guiding the company through the Great Recession. William Hayes, a Managing Partner based in Charlotte, NC, joined the firm after selling the $2 billion institutional debt fund he founded to Deerfield Capital (Chicago, IL).
