White Tiger Announces Filing of 2011 Year-End Financial Statements, MD&A and AIF

("White Tiger" or the "Company") (TSX: WTG) is pleased to announce the filing of its annual audited financial statements, management's discussion & analysis ("MD&A") and annual information form ("AIF") for the Company's financial year ended December 31, 2011, as required by National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations.
The short delay in filing was caused by additional technical procedures that arose as part of the first-time consolidation of the Company's accounts with those of recently acquired Century Mining Corporation. The Company is taking immediate steps to prevent the recurrence of such delays in the future.
